  5. Glimmer simulates this process in 2 dimensions by presenting a slightly different image to each eye‚Äîone red, the other blue. The glasses ensure that each eye sees only the correct image.

  7. When viewing a 3 dimensional object, the 2 eyes send slightly different images to the brain, which fuses them into one 3 dimensional image.
